A Contract between the customer and Cleversocks Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched ( at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched). Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen, you may return them to us within one month of receipt. We will give you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, and in line with our Returns Policy.

Payment and Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit/debit card or via PayPal. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch & Amex. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaching your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
Our Guarantee To You
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case, this will be highlighted in your shopping basket.
All orders received before 3pm Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays) will, be dispatched the same day – subject to availability. Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
UK Delivery
Stock permitting, all orders placed or through our website are usually dispatched to arrive with UK customers within 3-4 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.
Conformity Of Goods
We take care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation in the photos, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system.
